Alliance for Responsible Communities (ARC) aims to be a leading service organization to build collaboration for social change in underserved communities.
The image of Maine rarely is expressed as a multicultural one; however, ARC is the result of over a decade of many of the same people, professionals, youth and their families and support networks from the many cultural backgrounds of Africa, Asia, and Latin America as well as African-Americans, Euro-Americans and more, working together. Our network has grown over the past decade. We want to put our network to work for a better future!
